Frequently
asked questions

How often does Phyllo release updates?

Every few weeks. Social Data and Social Screening ship on their own cycles, and every update is listed here with its publish date.

Are updates available in my account automatically?

Most are available as soon as they ship. Some capabilities, such as continuous monitoring, are enabled for your account by our support team. Contact us if you do not see a feature you expect.

How will I know if a change affects my integration?

Changes that can affect how you parse responses are labelled Format change and highlighted at the top of this page. Subscribers are notified by email.

What is the difference between public and consented updates?

Public updates affect data available on any profile with no account connection. Consented updates affect data that is only available after a creator connects their account and approves what is shared.

Where can I find endpoints and parameters?

All API reference and product documentation is in the InsightIQ Docs portal at docs.insightiq.ai.

One platform for public and consented social data across 25+ platforms.
